The venue can accommodate up to 60 people inside for a seated reception. More if outside or if cocktail tables are used.
Absolutely! As we do not provide catering services. We can recommend if needed. The catering company is responsible for clean-up and trash disposal.
Yes. We are BYOB.
A BYOB waiver must be signed with every booking. It is recommended for the host/renter to obtain event insurance with an alcohol liability insurance policy in addition to the waiver. As renter claims all responsibility for all guests of the event.
No. Although we love our furry friends, no animals are allowed on site.
Your final balance will be due 14 days prior to your event.
To reserve your date, you must pay a deposit equal to 50% of the price of the package you are selecting. And the remaining balance will be due 14 days out from your event. If an event is less than 14 days out, then full payment is due. All payments are non-refundable.
Yes, there is a small parking lot. As well as free on-street parking.
If you want to add additional hours to your venue rental, those can be added to your invoice. Please remember to include set up and break down time into your event.
